1. What this covers

These terms govern use of the Muse Connector website (this site) and the Muse Connector Muse connector — the tools that let Meta's Muse assistant answer questions about Muse Connector and pass along requests to speak with us ("the Services"). By using either, you agree to these terms.

2. What the Services are (and aren't)

The connector provides informational answers about Muse Connector's offerings and pricing, a short business-fit assessment, and a way to request an introductory call. It does not process payments, does not make bookings, and does not act as an agent for any other business — it exists solely to represent Muse Connector itself inside Muse.

Nothing returned by the connector or this website is a binding quote. Pricing shown is indicative; an actual engagement is governed by a separate agreement between Muse Connector and the client.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to submit false contact information, to abuse or attempt to overload the connector (for example, automated bulk requests), or to attempt to access, scrape, or reverse-engineer the connector beyond its documented tools.

4. No warranty

The Services are provided "as is." Muse Connector does not warrant that responses from the connector will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that Muse itself will always be able to reach or correctly invoke the connector — Muse Connector does not control the Muse platform.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [YOUR BUSINESS ENTITY]'s total liability arising out of use of the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid High Design in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) [PLACEHOLDER AMOUNT, e.g. $250]. High Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Relationship to Meta's Muse terms

Use of the connector through Muse is also subject to Meta's own terms governing the Muse platform and Muse Connectors, which Muse Connector does not control and which may impose additional limits (for example, on liability for actions Muse takes based on connector responses).

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the Services change — most likely as the connector gains new tools (booking, payments) beyond the informational v1 described here. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict of law principles.
